Workplace Ethics: Final Assessment

Lab Description
The Workplace Ethics Post-Assessment allows students to demonstrate what they’ve learned throughout the Workplace Ethics course. Through a series of multiple-choice questions and real-world ethical scenarios, students apply their understanding of key concepts such as honesty, confidentiality, fairness, accountability, respect, and professionalism. This final assessment helps teachers measure student growth from the beginning of the course to the end, reinforcing the importance of ethical decision-making in the workplace. Designed for high school career readiness and business education programs, the assessment serves as a capstone activity—helping students reflect on how ethical behavior builds trust, strengthens teamwork, and shapes success in any career path.
