Mean Absolute Deviation Practice
(140 Students)

Activity Description
In this worksheet, students are provided with two sets of problems, each containing 8 numbers. Students will first find the mean of each set and then enter the distance of each number from the mean. Finally, they will compute the Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) for each set by calculating the average of the distances. This exercise reinforces the concepts of mean, deviation, and data variability. Each time you assign the worksheet, students will get a new set of numbers, so if you want students to practice again, assign the worksheet again.
A checkbox will be checked immediately if the entered answer is correct, and a moving progress bar will display their overall progress.
Key Features:
- Auto-Graded: This interactive digital worksheet is auto-graded, eliminating the need for teachers to evaluate it manually, making it an excellent practice activity.
- Unique Questions: Each student will receive a unique set of data points to promote individual practice and understanding.
- Re-Assignable: Re-assigning the worksheet to the same classroom will generate a new set of questions for each student.
